Drink made from unfermented grape juice, it is pale yellow in color with fine bubbles that make it more refreshing, the aromas of fresh white fruit, peach and white flowers are noticeable, it is sweet and refreshing even though it does not contain any added sugars, all the sweetness comes from the fruit.

It is a refreshing drink that fills the palate with a long finish and a touch of green apple, peach and apricot.

• To the nose it shows a varietal aroma of medium intensity
• In the mouth Unctuous, pleasant and markedly varietal. Balanced in acidity and with a creamy sensation in the foam. Pleasant with a medium persistence
• Food and wine pairing As an aperitif and to accompany fish, seafood, white meats, pasta, salads and cheeses.
